Our executive staff often assists the case attorney in developing question patterns in subject matters the attorney may be handling for the first time. We work side-by-side with the case attorney to determine what evidence is needed in a given matter, to identify and locate potential evidence, and then lawfully obtain it and preserve it properly for trial.
