WHAT
AN INVESTIGATION IS... The primary activity of the Acme Group is the conduct of investigations, which we perform for attorneys, commercial and individual clients, and in cooperation with government agencies in the U.S. and in 23 foreign countries to date. The Acme Group, as an organization, demands from its personnel, from executive to field operative, the values of professionalism, honesty, integrity, loyalty and dedication to one's craft. The matters entrusted to our care are often extremely sensitive, and often require a high degree of self-motivation and discipline to accomplish. Therefore, tact, diplomacy, confidentiality, adaptability, flexibility and perseverance are necessary attributes of all of our personnel. WHAT A PROFESSIONAL INVESTIGATION IS... INFORMATION Clients of the Acme Group need information to protect their people, assets, property and circumstances. We provide the strategy planning, the gathering and application of information, and the implementation of the activity required, to accomplish their goals. A professionally accomplished investigation is always a combination of activities. What may seem to require only a search through an electronic database and a "printing out" of the results obtained, in fact requires the research, an analysis of the returned data, confirmation and/or refutation of suspected incorrect or inapplicable data, and a reporting format that informs the client in a logical and common-sense manner. Most investigations however, depending on their objectives and anticipated scope, involve to some degree a combination of strategic planning, research activity, gathering of different kinds of information by various means, field work, analysis of information obtained (including the meaning and significance of the information, and confirmation or refutation with secondary sources), reporting of the information, and application of that information in an appropriate context. At the Acme Group, we pride ourselves on being a team of professionals who provide the best quality, the most comprehensive, the most reliable, and the most useful information to our clients. Our investigations are always conducted in a lawful manner, an ethical manner, and with our client's best interests in mind. The Acme Group conducts its activities on a local, national and international scale. PROTECTION Our clients also need protection of their people, assets, property and circumstances. The Acme Group defends its clients' interests, be they legal, financial, intellectual, physical or otherwise. Our investigation teams work hand in hand with our security division to insure the clients' safety and continued security in these areas. AFFORDABLE FEES While we strive to be successful at each opportunity, and while no case suffers for lack or quality of personnel or equipment, we realize the relative cost of providing the necessary services to each of our clients. We make our best effort to keep our fees and expenses reasonable and affordable in every case, given the case requirements.
